Join us Tuesday, April 14, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Mint Indian Bistro on South Durango (Spring Valley area). Since 2008, husband and wife entrepreneurs Kris and Bindi Parikh have honed family recipes and added modern twists to classic dishes. The couple now own three restaurants in Vegas/Henderson, and one in St. George, Utah. Our event will be buffet service in a private dining room. Some dishes will be mild, while others will have more spice. Taste a dab of each, and you may discover a new favorite.
***IMPORTANT: Doors open at 5 p.m. (Restaurant is closed until then.) Seating limit: 50. Separate checks. Cost: $40/pp, includes tax, dinner tip, and soft drinks. Cash bar / tip extra.

Butter Chicken was created in the 1950s in Delhi by Moti Mahal restaurant to repurpose leftover tandoori chicken.
