Exploring new books as a group, asking interesting questions, and listening to different points of view.

Here’s the thing:  A book is chosen, everyone reads it, and then there’s a gathering to discuss it.

Each month we’ll meet in each member’s home.  A social event in which we discuss the host’s book choice, leading to a dialog of controversial issues, general conversation, drinks and small plates.   We ask that you bring your beverage of choice (BYOB), with the host providing the appetizers.

The SCS Social Club Book Group is less static and academic, and more fun and easy-going.  It’s a wonderful sharing and social opportunity — you’re invited to join us!
