2026 Holiday Gala at Suncoast Casino

Please join the 2026 Social Club Board of Directors at our December 10 Holiday Gala!
We are pleased to offer you an elegant & festive occasion at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino, in a newly decorated ballroom with limited seating. We’ll be served plated dinners at our tables and enjoy outstanding live entertainment by the ever-popular “Vegas Swing Band.”
*Costs: $55 for Members who paid their 2026 dues by November 20. $88 for Guests.
*GREAT NEWS! We have extended the Deadline to be eligible for the $55 Member Cost. That means, your 2026 annual dues must be paid by November 20, 2026. RSVP Deadline and Payment: We are accepting your RSVP and Payment starting today. Final deadline for RSVP and Payment is November 20, 2026.
We accept payment by Zelle, cash, and check.

- Or, mail or drop-off to “The Social Club”, in the locked mailbox at 9512 Salem Hills Court, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89134. Locked mail-box is checked frequently.
Refunds are allowed up to Final Payment of November 20, 2026. After that date, the SCSCAI Social Club Operating Procedures of October 30, 2025. Club Event Attendance Policies. Item 7, “Refunds can be made for a member’s emailed cancellation in sufficient time for the Club to secure another member or guest who will pay the same costs.” The Social Club email address to cancel is rsvp.social.events@gmail.com.
Check-in Time: 5pm at the Social Club Welcome Table, 2nd floor Lobby area, across the Suncoast Bowling Center.
Cocktail Hour: 5 pm – 6 pm. We’ll have two (2) Cash Bars with beverages at your own expense.
Dinner Format:
- Dinner will be served to you. No Buffet.
- Please select ONLY one (1) Main entrée on your RSVP Jotform, then submit.
- At Social Club Welcome Check-in, each person will be given a colored dinner ticket for the Main entrée selected on the RSVP Jotform.
- The colored dinner ticket must be placed on the table in front of your seat, visible to the server.
Dinner Menu: will include your choice of one (1) Main entrée, Caesar salad, cheesecake dessert, rolls & butter, coffee, tea, iced tea and water. The following three (3) Main entrées are offered for your selection. Please add Your choice to your RSVP Jotform.
- Prime Rib of Beef, served with horseradish sauce and au jus as well as Chef’s choice of starch and vegetable.
- Chicken Parmigiana, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella and served with spaghetti.
- Grilled Salmon, drizzled with citrus dill sauce and Chef’s choice of starch and vegetable.
IMPORTANT: Each Main Entrée is served with a side dish and considered a plated dinner set. After midnight, November 20, 2026, No change to your Main Entrée choice is allowed.
Live Entertainment: The Vegas Swing Band is a Dynamic Powerhouse of very talented musicians, and Community favorite. They perform “multi-genre songs for non-stop fun-filled Dance Party. Their contemporary music with iconic Rock, Disco, Soulful R&B and Swing” will keep us dancing till the final hour!
Party Attire: Dress-up for women (long or short). Business attire for men (no jeans please!). Dancing shoes are a must to step, line dance, and slow dance to the classics!
