Holiday Gala

Greetings Members! 

The Social Club Board of Directors is pleased to announce our 2025 Holiday Gala!  

• Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025.
• Place: Suncoast Hotel & Casino, 9090 Alta Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89145.  
• Costs: $50 for Members who paid their 2025 dues by October 1, 2025. $80 for Guests and Non-Members.
• RSVPs and Payments: We are accepting RSVPs and payments starting Today.  The final deadline for your RSVP and Gala payment is November 28, 2025.

For payment, we accept Zelle at treasurer.sc2012@gmail.com. 
You can also mail or drop-off cash or checks to
“Treasurer, 9512 Salem Hills Court, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89134.”

• Welcome Table Check-in: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm on the 2nd floor Lobby area, across Suncoast Bowling Center. 
• Cash Bars: Two (2) Cash Bars with beverages at your own expense will be available from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
• Dining and Dancing: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  
• Buffet Dinner: Multiple salads, main entrees, and desserts, plus coffee, iced tea, and water.  
• Entertainment: “Twice As Nice” featuring Westley Stevens & Shelly Dartez!  A celebrated duo who plays all genres of music for all ages.  Westley wrote songs and performed with the Stylistics and the Commodores.
• Bust a Pose Photo Booth: Josh Carey will “snap” you in your finest.
• Party Attire: Wear your bling and steppin’ shoes to dance the night away.
• Suncoast Room Reservations: At our request, the Suncoast has set aside a “block of ten (10) Deluxe View rooms” on Saturday December 6.  

Total cost per room is $187.57 at your own expense. 
Room reservations close 30 days from December 6 Holiday Gala or November 5.
