The Edge of Town is a locally owned and operated restaurant at the top of West Cheyenne and the 215 and minutes from Sun City.

The lunch menu features half pound angus burgers, Wraps, blackened chicken tacos, and a delicious selection of thin crust pizzas and great salads offer every guest a great variety. Salads are very popular at the edge… chopped club, blackened chicken caesar, Asian chicken and the popular southwest steak salad with roasted corn and black beans in a cilantro line dressing are big sellers.

Though if you’re looking for a heartier lunch there’s a variety of comfort dishes like grilled marinated twin chicken breasts with homemade mashed redskin potatoes, blackened chicken bowtie pasta in a chipotle cream sauce, NY strip steak, BBQ Ribs, glazed teriyaki salmon, homemade meat loaf, chicken parm, and crispy fish and chips

A modest selection of wines, beers, and martinis accompany all of the great dishes and dessert includes, the new favorite Triple xxl chocolate chip baked cookie sundae with vanilla bean and chocolate sauce and rockin robin’s apple crisp baked cinnamon apple slices topped with crunchy graham crackers, oats.
