Membership Meeting

For our October Member Meeting, please join us at 6pm in the Desert Vista Ballroom.  After a short Business brief, we will conduct our 2026 Board of Directors Elections, followed by members voting on a proposed change to the Social Club Operating Procedures.  For Game Night, we encourage members to bring their own card or board games to play amongst 8 tablemates. 

As usual it’s BYOB – beer, wine, liquor, sodas, juice.  We’ll distribute small snacks, and welcomed to have your own.  

It’ll be a time to enjoy the sport of friendship, sweet treats, and cheery spirits!
