Join us on Tuesday, Nov. 11, or the following Tuesday, Nov. 18, at To See Roll Japanese Steakhouse, 7040 South Rainbow Blvd., 89113. You’ll enjoy a fun dining experience, where chefs use innovative downdraft grilling technology to provide a cool, smoke-free atmosphere. Led by To See Roll’s talented head chef, Ronnie, the friendly staff promises a tasty and memorable evening.

Important: Service is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The restaurant is closing for our group. Full bar service is available. Fun Fact: Hibachi vs. Teppanyaki Cooking

In America, the terms “hibachi” and “teppanyaki” are often used interchangeably, but in Japan, teppanyaki combines the terms “teppan” (iron plate) and “yaki” (grilled) to mean food cooked on a large, flat griddle by skilled chefs who perform dazzling culinary feats. Meanwhile, hibachi combines the Japanese words “hi” (fire) and “bachi” (bowl) to mean chefs cooking for guests on a small, portable charcoal grill.
