Join us Tuesday, June 9, 5:00 p.m., at Big B’s Texas BBQ, 8125 W. Sahara Ave. at Cimarron Rd. Owner Brian Buechner grew up in Texas and ships his preferred mesquite wood to his Vegas barbecue pits from his family’s land in South Texas. He and his wife launched Big B’s while employed in the Vegas nightlife industry, but their smoked meats became so popular, Big B’s BBQ now has two locations. Enjoy your choice of beef brisket, Tri-Tip, pulled pork, chicken, babyback ribs, or sausage. Two people can easily split a one-or two-meat platter, along with classic sides. Just leave room for dessert!
***IMPORTANT: Seating limit: 50. Separate checks. Starting at 5 p.m., you’ll place orders at the counter. Your items will be brought to your table. Please add gratuity when you pay. Beer/wine available. We’ll sit at “picnic-style” tables in a special section.
