Join us Tuesday, May 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant on Rainbow Blvd., just south of Lake Mead Blvd. Pin Kaow is a longtime local favorite, known for consistent quality and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu leans into crowd-pleasers like noodle dishes, stir-fries, and curries, each executed with care and served in generous portions. All dishes have some herbs or seasonings, but the “heat level” is yours to control. Just give your server a number from zero to 10 to keep the spiciness where you prefer.
