Conveniently located at the top of Cheyenne @ the 215 and minutes from Sun City.  The lunch menu features half pound Angus burgers\, Wraps\, blackened chicken tacos\, roast beef and Swiss melt with au jus and the house favorite pot roast melt\, hand carved slow roasted pot roast\, caramelized onions and melted cheddar cheese on a Swiss and onion ciabatta roll is by far an experience to try.  Salads are also very popular at the edge… chopped club\, blackened chicken caesar\, Asian chicken and the popular southwest steak salad with roasted corn and black beans in a cilantro line dressing are big sellers.  Dessert include the new favorite the triple xxl chocolate chip baked cookie sundae with vanilla bean and chocolate sauce and rockin robin’s apple crisp baked cinnamon apple slices topped with crunchy graham crackers\, oats\, brown sugar and caramel.
