Doors open at 5:30 pm. After the election\, pizza will be served.  \n\n\n\nTo vote\, you must be a 2026 qualified member. This requires you to show your Sun City Summerlin “photo” ID to our Welcome Crew at Meeting Check-in. \n\n\n\nOur 2027 Elections Chairperson Marilyn Pittman will continue to accept Self-Nominations up to the day of elections on October 26 via this email: elections.chair.sc2027@gmail.com. You can also Self-Nominate at the Elections Meeting itself! \n\n\n\nBecause two (2) candidates are vying for the position of Vice President\, and the possibility of additional nominees to the seven (7) Board positions\, please be prepared to cast a written “secret ballot” at the Election.  \n\n\n\n(reference: SCSCAI Clubs and Community Organizations Procedures Manual\, Amended February 2025). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAfter the Election\, we will serve pizza.  Any 2026 qualified member can simply attend our Member Meeting to vote.
