In honor of Oktoberfest we would like to focus on European beers especially German beer or a domestic Oktoberfest.  So here is what we would like to do for this event. \n\n\n\nBring a two or four pack of your favorite German beer to share. Brautwursts\, German potato salad and sauerkraut will be provided so if anyone would like to bring some other appetizers please coordinate with our hostess via email with me prior to this event… \n\n\n\nRemember we are beer tasters so nothing too elaborate please. \n\n\n\nThis being at a private home the first 36 RSVPs I receive are in. After the first 36 RSVPs you will be put on a waiting list\, first come first served. I’m not too worried since we have not had over 30 tasters yet but in respect to our host and hostess I will hold to these rules. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOktoberfest table with traditional food – roasted sausages\, pretzels\, beer\, sour cabbage on wooden table\, top view\, banner\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSave September 29\, 2023 as the date. Tasting starts at 1600. I will be sending out the address later this month. It combines luck and strategy and it changes quickly so every player has a chance to win until the very end. \n\n\n\nThis brand new group is just starting up\, so we don’t know how many to expect for lunch and games.  Once we really get going\, we might have to move to Mountain Shadows to play in the Open Cards room.
